All items on our webshop are available for direct purchase via our secure checkout system. Prices are shown in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT. Payment can be made through multiple methods including iDEAL, credit card, PayPal, and other region-specific options.

We do not offer subscriptions or recurring billing — all purchases are one-time unless explicitly stated otherwise in a limited offer or promotion.

Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us to ensure your order was processed successfully.

Order Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order free of charge as long as it has not yet been shipped. To cancel, please email us as soon as possible at info@bonvivantgarments.com, referencing your order number.

If your order has already been shipped, it can no longer be canceled — but you are still entitled to return the items in accordance with our return policy.

Refusal of Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of pricing errors, stock issues, or if fraud is suspected. If your order is canceled, you will be notified immediately and any payment will be fully refunded.

Changes to Orders
